Story Intelligence Master Class

This was a fascinating adventure through the power of story, something that only Richard could take us through. There is plenty of talk going on now about finding your authentic voice, but he is the one who provides the environment necessary to actually finding it. These seven weeks have been a breathtaking journey of discovery, friendship, and love for the human potential. Understanding the power of story makes you aware that there is a lot we can all do together. It felt like traveling through time and history, to a place where past, present, and future blend together to open up all possibilities of our human experience. If I had to use only one word for the power of story, I would choose awesome.

Like the air we breathe, we often fail to notice that which surrounds and sustains us.  Through this research and workshop, Richard and his team distinguish and underscore our stories as something like DNA or cellular material that is often predictive of our future.  However, unlike the DNA we are born with, we have unrealized agency and authorship over the stories we tell, such that our future now becomes informed but not limited by our past.  Given today's global business, political, environmental, and interpersonal challenges, these principles are essential for bringing about new possibilities and breakthroughs to seemingly intractable problems.
